Another important point to note is that when we are young our body produce collagen and elastin on a regular basis to maintain our skin firm and healthy, however as we age our body loses its ability to produce collagen and elastin on its own and this is when wrinkles and fine lines start to appear.

There are a few simple things that you can do to help your skin have more elasticity and be firm for a longer period of time for example:

Do exercise on a regular basis to help your blood glow through your body.

Eat healthy foods with fruits and vegetables that have vitamins and antioxidants.

Drink a lot of water to maintain your skin hydrated.

Use moisturizers

Use sunscreen and avoid the UV rays of the sun

However there are some creams that you can acquire to help your body produce more collagen and elastin to maintain the elasticity of your skin.
